A classically trained artist, Pamela M. Parsons studied oil painting at Boston University, and Indiana University in Bloomington, where she earned an MFA in Painting. As a graduate student, she studied art successive summers in Florence, Italy. In 1990, Ms. Parsons was hired as a full time graduate faculty member of Marywood University. An Associate Professor, she now teaches all levels of painting and drawing.
In the summer months, she travels to Maine where she has established an artist’s studio and seasonal art gallery in the mid-coast region. Ms. Parsons currently maintains a home and studio in Dalton, Pennsylvania.
Pam has her latest artwork, “CLIPPED, RIPPED and REASSEMBLED” in the Suraci Gallery until May 8th.
